We want the day of your surgery to be a seamless experience. Prior to your procedure visit our secure website www.simpleadmit.com to complete your admission paperwork. This registration process should take about 20-25 minutes, and includes questions about your health history, medications and insurance.
The Day of Surgery
When you arrive at our center, we ask that you check in at the front desk. Please bring your photo ID, insurance cards, and COVID vaccination record. We will ask that you take a few minutes to review personal and insurance information to ensure accuracy and to sign admission documents.

After Your Surgery
